The Sales team at Lancaster Honda are currently celebrating their excellent achievement after scoring top marks in Honda’s recent customer service (CSI) surveys. Honda regularly carries out CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) surveys across the dealer network to ensure that customers are receiving the levels of service that they require and deserve.
This month Lancaster Honda have been recognised for delivering outstanding service and have achieved 5th place in Honda’s UK league table. An impressive result particularly when you consider they were against strong competition from 186 Honda dealers based right across the country.
