The IM6 is powered by a 100 kWh battery that delivers up to around 388 miles of WLTP combined range in the Long Range rear‑wheel‑drive model. A Performance all‑wheel‑drive variant pairs the same battery with dual motors for exhilarating acceleration and strong everyday usability.
The Performance variant of the MG IM6 uses a high‑output dual‑motor setup to accelerate from 0–62 mph in around 3.5 seconds, while its advanced 800 V architecture enables ultra‑rapid DC charging that can restore 10–80 % battery capacity in about 17 minutes under optimal conditions.
The MG IM6’s exterior features a sleek, coupe‑like silhouette with flush door handles, slim LED lighting, and a refined profile that enhances aerodynamic efficiency with a Cd figure around 0.242, giving both visual appeal and improved electric range.
Inside the IM6, a panoramic 26.3″ ultra‑wide digital display spans the instrument cluster and infotainment area, complemented by a 10.5″ central touchscreen. Wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and voice control enhance connectivity, while premium materials and ambient lighting create an immersive cabin experience.
